Despite the unpredictable Sydney weather, Strathfield Girls High School’s Year 12 Graduation was an unforgettable celebration, which was held at Marie Bashir Public School Hall on Thursday 26 September 2024. The hall was beautifully decorated, and the atmosphere was one of excitement, pride, and appreciation as the Year 12 students marked the end of their school journey. The graduation ceremony featured many heartfelt speeches, recognising the achievements, growth, and resilience of the Class of 2024. Students were presented with their certificates, and awards were given to those who had excelled academically and contributed significantly to the school community. The event was a testament to the hard work and dedication of the graduating students, and the shared sense of accomplishment was felt by all in attendance. As we say farewell to the graduating class, I want to take this moment to acknowledge and thank the entire staff for their hard work, passion, and commitment to excellence. Their positive influence goes far beyond the subjects they teach or the tasks they perform.
