What a magnificent school! The positivity and warmth of staff, students and parents, and in fact the entire Strathfield Girls High School community, has been truly heart- warming! The excellence reflected in every aspect of school life – authentic engagement in learning, breadth of extracurricular offerings and the passion of every staff member – has been so very inspiring! I am excited about the possibilities and our whole-school focus on academic excellence. There are so many opportunities here at Strathfield Girls and I am keen to extend these further and explore ways in which to carve out enriching educational pathways for our girls!
I have had the privilege of meeting so many wonderful students, parents and staff already! Students have approached me in the playground with their warm, welcoming smiles and our dynamic and dedicated teachers have welcomed me with such enthusiasm! I have experienced two whole-school assemblies and heard our brilliant school song for the first time! Our breakfast bar was an absolute hit with the fabulous Ms Wong and Mr Koulouris ensuring that our amazing girls have a nutritious start to the day! So much to celebrate here at Strathfield Girls High School!
This week we wished our talented Year 12 cohort the very best as they entered the HSC examination period. This is always a challenging time, and we know that our exceptional Year 12 students are well-prepared and ready to embrace every exam demonstrating their rich learning and academic flair! Good luck Year 12!
