Year 11 Hospitality students have started their training in Coffee. The three classes have undertaken the workshop at Canterbury Hurlstone Park RSL and spent the day learning about coffee, making 10 different types of coffee and serving coffee to customers. This practical training will help to strengthen their theoretical knowledge as part of their course qualification.
